Our latest Cookery Champions are not only learning new cookery skills and nutritional information but gaining confidence and improving aspirations for the their future, improving health and well-being.

It was fantastic to see Gary and Shareen design and deliver a 30-minute workshop the group, using lots of their new knowledge and skills.

The Healthy Me Healthy Communities Cookery Champions course is a 20-hour course, typically delivered as 10 x 2-hour session with practical workshops and tutor-training skills.
