Rusholme Film Club...for films and friends

Sunday 17th November

The Million Dollar Mermaid

Biopic of Australian swimming champ and entertainer Annette Kellerman, starring Esther Williams. After overcoming polio, Kellerman achieves fame and creates a scandal when her one-piece bathing suit is considered indecent!

What?

Rusholme Film Club is the friendly way to watch a film. The monthly club brings together people from across the Manchester galaxy, showing films for free and offering a mug of tea, home-made cakes and of course some pop-corn. Some come and make some new friends, banish the Sunday blues and watch a film.

The film showing is FREE, with refreshments available for a donation.

Where?

Birch Community Centre, Brighton Grove, Rusholme, M14 5JT

When?

Almost always the 3rd Sunday of the month.

5.30pm open doors for a 6pm start. No need to book, just turn up.
